We are Samantha and Kyle Laule, the family behind Delco Backyard Games, LLC, established in April 2026 in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania.

Sam is Delco born and raised. She was born in Aston, grew up in Media, and now lives in Brookhaven with her family. After graduating from West Chester University, she spent many years working in sales. In 2022, she stepped away from the corporate world to open a small in-home daycare, which she continues to operate today.

Kyle is a Delco transplant. Originally from the Pocono Mountains, he attended Lehigh Valley College before moving to Philadelphia in 2016 to pursue his passion for music in a new city. He has been a dedicated employee of Lineage Logistics for more than 10 years, working his way up to Regional Business Development Manager.

Sam and Kyle met in 2016, married in 2021, and are proud parents of three amazing children. We both shared dreams of owning a business one day—Kyle envisioned creating Halloween attractions, while Sam dreamed of opening a coffee shop with an indoor playground. Somehow, we landed on backyard game rentals, and it turned out to be the perfect fit.

The inspiration for Delco Backyard Games came from Sam's tendency to go all-out when planning parties. Over the years, she accumulated a collection of oversized games and party equipment and often found herself thinking, “Someone else could use this—why not rent it out?” The idea was simple: provide families and event hosts with affordable access to fun equipment they may not have the space or budget to purchase themselves, especially for items that are only used occasionally.

The biggest challenge was figuring out how to run a rental business without spending every weekend away from family handling deliveries, setups, and pickups. That's when the idea for our DIY rental model was born.

With Delco Backyard Games, customers pick up their rentals, set them up themselves, and return them when they're done. This approach allows us to maintain a healthy work-life balance while keeping costs low for our customers. By eliminating delivery and setup fees, we're able to offer affordable rentals that help create memorable events without unnecessary expenses.
